In this new body of work, Dangerosa applies her idiosyncratic talent to fast brush strokes and metaphorization of objects, to capture profound moments of experience – a song, a dream, a physical connection either erotically or violently charged.

The lightness of touch of the paintwork dances across raw wood and  muscular, semi-sculptural surfaces. The visual impact is direct and charged with the energy of the moment, full of life, and creates a lasting impression.

The objects themselves tempt the viewer to interact with them, like a past memory teasing to be relived in the present, but this is a forbidden impossibility.
